We collaborate closely with architects, contractors and specialist makers, coordinating the interior details with the wider project. From the position of a wall light to the proportions of fitted furniture, these decisions contribute to how naturally a home works.

Rooted in nature, shaped around you
The relationship between a home and its surroundings informs our approach. We look at the tone of the local stone, the changing light and the views beyond the windows, allowing these to influence colour, texture and materials.

Our studio is at Bear Court on Burford’s Lower High Street, close to the makers and suppliers who contribute to our work.
We undertake residential projects throughout the Cotswolds, including Burford, Charlbury, Kingham, Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and the surrounding villages, as well as wider Oxfordshire.
Visits are by appointment, with time to discuss your property, explore materials and get to know our approach.
Planning Your Project
When should we involve an interior designer?Ideally, while architectural plans are still developing and before layouts, lighting and services are finalised. This allows the interior design to inform the building work from the outset.
Can you work with our existing architect and contractor?Yes. We regularly work alongside an established team, coordinating layouts, finishes, joinery and furnishing with the wider design and construction programme.
Do you offer complete furnishing without renovation work?Yes. We design furnishing schemes across whole homes, including furniture, decorative lighting, rugs and window treatments, with procurement and installation forming part of the agreed service.
